Shipping

Where do we ship? 

• As it is now we offer free shipping on orders over $20.00 within the United States. 
• $4.00 will be charged for shipping on orders bellow $20.00 within the United States.
• Different shipping rates will be applied for other places outside of the United States.

Your order

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are still figuring out if we can redirect orders. Sorry for future inconveniences!

Order processing 

• Following order placement, you will receive an "Order confirmation email. Order processing times are generally within 3 to 5 business days of order placement. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email letting you know it is on its way. All shipping transit times are estimated only and counted in business days following order processing time and release from our facility.

Order tracking

• Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirming it has been shipped.

Damaged shipment 

• We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect conditions. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery, take a picture and contact bynancyllc@gmail.com immediately.

Lost or not received packages with delivered status.

• At checkout, we offer a shipping insurance option for $.98. In case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen it will give you the ability to file a claim, and once approved you will get your item to be resent to you. In case you decide not to add this shipping insurance to your order neither  By... Nancy, LLC nor the Postal Office Service is liable for any loss, damaged, or stolen packages.

Order cancellation or changes

• We start processing your order as quickly as possible to ensure it arrives promptly. Due to this we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is placed. In the event a cancellation or change is necessary, please contact us by email immediately and no later than one hour after placing your order at bynancyllc@gmail.com and we will try our best to help you.

Taxes 

• Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to place your order, sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and added to the total value of your purchase and will be displayed on the order summary page.
